Rural Enterprises Australia (REA) has been providing rural recruitment services for over 60 years in Western Australia forging strong relationships with farmers and farm workers alike.

REA is the Harvest Trail Service provider in the South West region of WA, which is split into two parts:
- North of Perth from the Perth Hills and Swan Valley to Gingin, and
- South of Mandurah, covering Bunbury, Donnybrook, Margaret River, Manjimup and Pemberton areas
REA also have the contract for Employment Facilitator and Support Services for the Local Jobs Program across three regions (Perth North, Geraldton and Kalgoorlie).
REA’s service area is known for its world-class beaches and wineries, gourmet haven, and unforgettable outdoor adventures. You can expect to pick apples on a family farm in Donnybrook, prune on a world-class vineyard in Margaret River, or harvest wildflowers in Jindong.
Just beyond the northern fringe of the Perth Metro area, you’ll come across Gingin which is located in the wheatbelt region of WA. The district is known for its beef cattle, sheep grazing, apiaries, irrigated horticulture, viticulture, olive groves, aquaculture, piggeries, poultry farms, wineries, abattoirs, feedlots, and cray fishing on the coast.
Previous candidates here have experienced thinning stone fruit, picking avocadoes, and working on a lettuce farm.
Harvest Officer Nora Beahan and Harvest Administrator Hayley Bremner work out of the Vasse office located in the beautiful South West region of WA.
