Harvest Services

Update: Harvest Trail Service is no longer funded by the Federal Government and the service has closed.

The Federal Government has decided to close the Harvest Trail Service (HTS) and the Harvest Trail Information Service (HTIS) as part of the 2024 budget. Both services will officially end on June 30.

For the past 20 years, MADEC has successfully placed over 15,000 workers every year in harvest jobs through the Harvest Trail Service each year. We would like to thank all the growers and workers that have collaborated with us during this time.

Despite the closure, MADEC remains dedicated to supporting the sector during this critical time of labour shortages.
