MADEC’s workforce solutions division provide a value-added recruitment service, matching employers with staff in a range of industries across Australia.

At MADEC our experienced recruiters have been sourcing and connecting quality workers with our clients across Australia for over 20 years. We provide the following workforce solutions:

Temporary / contract recruitment

Temporary staff can support you during seasonal variations, peak periods, and during unforeseen workforce shortages.

Our temporary solutions provide our clients flexible solutions including short and long term contracts, including access to offshore labour via the PALMS program, along with local labour, including backpackers, grey nomads and anyone with working rights.

Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM)

The PALM scheme is an Australian Government to provide Australian employers in selected sectors with reliable returning workers from Pacific Island countries and Timor-Leste.

MADEC is an approved employer under this scheme and we guide you through a seamless recruitment of offshore workers as we do all the work to source, select, test, mobilise, and onboard workers ready to commence work for you at your peak times.

Under the PALM scheme, eligible employers can recruit workers seasonally for up to 9 months, or for longer-term roles between 1 and 4 years.

Permanent Placement

Labour hire licencing

The Labour Hire Licencing Act 2017, stipulates that users of labour hire must only engage licensed providers.

MADEC is a licenced provider in the states of Victoria, Queensland, and South Australia. (nb: whilst we service all states in Australia, licences in other states is not required).

MADEC is certified under the ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Systems) standard.
